One of those designs on a whim, wanted to try tuxedo nails and try out some of the polishes from the China Glaze Capitol Colors Collection…Dress Me Up and Hook & Line on the index finger.

The theme of this nail art contest is to say goodbye to winter and welcome SPRING!!
Regardless if you are a seasoned nail artist or a beginner, this contest is open to everyone & open internationally.  Judging will be based on originality, imagination and creativity.  To see a full-sized photo of the grand prize click here.

Here Are The Rules:

2. Create and submit a nail art design using any colours that represent spring to you, can be brights, neons, pastels, neutrals, as long as the design represents a spring theme.
   
   
3. Your nail art design can be done on your own nails, false nails or someone else’s nails, as long as it is a new design done by you.  You may NOT submit a nail art design that you have previously done or entered in other nail art contests.
   
   
4. You may use any nail art tools or accessories to create your design.
   
   
5. You may submit a maximum of 2 entries.  Please submit a CLEAR, large photo via my submit link on the left with your tumblr URL and you MUST include the text “Nail Art Contest Submission”.
   
   
6. You have until 11:59pm EST on Tuesday March 20, 2012 to submit your entries. All nail art entries will be posted on my tumblr the following day.  I will select 10 submissions that will be judged for prize selection.  Winners will be chosen by myself and the following amazing guest judges:
